Arrival and Check In

Yin and Massage
Indulge in the blissful combination of yin yoga and massage, and discover the power of stillness and touch to transform your practice.
A continental breakfast is available starting at 8:00am in the dining room.
Strength and Stretch
Traditional yoga flows to warm up the body, combined with slower postures to develop core stability, improve balance, and build full body strength.
Full service, hot brunch prepared and served by Cheoff Geoff.
Massage sessions, journaling, walking trails/hiking, naps, etc.
Three course, full service vegetarian dinner prepared by Cheoff Geoff.
End your day with the glorious, healing melodies of sound bowls. This meditative session supports stress relief and mood enhancement, and helps you drift off to sleep.
This morning flow class is centered around focus, balance, and strength - with a little hands on love if so desired.
